Heart film

The film shows a baby boy born the same day that the examination/treatment was performed. The birth was premature in the 33rd week of pregnancy.

Initially healthy (Apgar score 8-9-9), but 30 minutes after birth his sinusoidal cardiac rhythm changed to supraventricular tachycardia with about 250 beats/min. At 55 minutes after birth, Adenosine was injected into the right auricle via a navel catheter (response at 240 micrograms/kg).
